Terms and Conditions For Advertising on
Australian Online Shopping Directory.

Please review these terms and conditions periodically as some conditions may change in the future.

As this is an Australian shopping directory, We only accept Australian based businesses that provide products or services available to Australians. We will assess your site's web content before we will publish it. Please check that your sites meet the standards below before purchasing.

• Must be based in Australia
• Must provide a legitimate product or service available to Australia in Australian dollars.
• Must not contain pornography, racialism, or anything illegal or offensive to our viewers.(Australian Shoppers)

Pay per year- There is a flat fee of $79.50 per website on up to 3 categories of your choice per year. Your Ad will be placed on the first page of each category (limit of 3 per website) starting at the very top position, until such a time when a new advertising member joins that same catogory. You will also be placed on our home page listed as our months featured website for a minimum of one month.

The wording of the ad is the responsibility of the advertising member, but changes can be made anytime throughout the lifetime of your subscription. Click here if you would like to change any details of your ad.

Your subscription expires on the same calander day at midnight WST that your website was placed on our pages ie. if you bought a 1 year ad placement on 2nd Feb 07, and the ad was shown on the 3rd Feb 07, then your expiry date would be 3rd Feb 08 at midnight WST.

Pay per Month- $10.00 will be debited automatically from your paypal account on a monthly basis until such a time that your subscription is cancelled. You may cancel at anytime.

Every effort will be made to help your subscription recieve the very best exposure to your targeted audience.

Earn Income- We are also offering you the opportunity to earn income while you advertise with us by simply adding a link to your website. We will send you your referral URL (link) to you via email after subscribing, which will enable us to track sales referred by you.  Not available to free listings.

We will pay you 25% commission for each monthly subscription referred from your website, recurring on a monthly basis for the life of each subscription. 

We will also pay you 25% commission for each 1 year subscription, which will be paid after the first month.

All commission payments will be paid into your paypal account. If you don't have a Paypal account you can set one up for free when you subscribe.
